It was announced last night on Jo Whiley's Radio 2 show that Keane will play a special In Concert show for BBC Radio 2 at the Radio Theatre in Broadcasting House on Monday 7th May (Jo's show also featured an interview with Tom after 19m 40s - hear it here).
The Beeb has 125 pairs of tickets to give away to the show. If you'd like to attend it, then click here before 8.15pm on Monday 23rd April.
The concert itself will be broadcast during Radio 2 In Concert on Thursday 17th May - and you'll be able to listen live online wherever you are.

Interesting comment below, in view of the competition for 'the final 15' pairs. I'd definitely go if seats were allocated to me, and as the venue is some hours away and I'd have to arrange childcare, I would be mightily pissed off to find I couldn't get in due to overbooking. This is Keane we're talking about here :P
I'm going I hope...... I don't like the way this has been listed as a competition as the small print on the tickets would indicate it's quite the opposite. If it were a competition everyone who won tickets would be at the event. The Terms and Conditions on the actual e-tickets indicate that this is not the case. "Admission is on a first-come-first-served basis. As not everyone who asks for tickets uses them, to make sure we have a full house we send out more tickets than there are places." This is therefore not a competition and merely a ticket lottery. My tickets are numbered 375 and 376 which is way over the 250 audience indicated. There will be a lot of disappointed fans, including myself, if I do not make it into the event because there are already to many people in the queue ahead. I think it will be a case of turning up quite early to guarantee entry. Definitely not a competition in my eyes so disappointed with the website for listing it as such.
So who's going? I'm going by default as my friend's +1. Looking forward to it so much as I heard that the last time they did this ib 2010 it was an absolutely amazing experience.
