Keane New Shop Login Issues:
If you have been experiencing issues when trying to login to the new Keane Shop – Please read the below carefully.
Earlier this month the Keane Merchandise Shop was updated & this meant that any previous existing store customer login details that were valid for the OLD store were not valid for use on the new store.
If you placed an order on the old store and need to track your order – Please go to the below link and enter your OLD login details.

If you have pre-ordered Strangeland on the OLD store – You will need to login to this old order tracking area to collect your free digital version of the album on day of release and track any physical items you have ordered.
For any new purchases you wish to make, you will need to set up a new account on the new shop.

Was registered before and now forced to re-register - WHY ? giving you more unnecessary but valuable infomation such as my mobile number so you can sell on my details - forget it guys -its too complicated and an intrusion on privacy Just sort it out so we can simply use a credit /debit card like any normal purchase. .
i'm from ARGENTINA i sent an e mail,because i have problems pre ordering Strangeland : ( problems with the IP(???) i don't know what to do...
@saw: I tried going via the normal Tickets section to track my order, using my old log-in details, and there they were. I'm mildly confused now, but at least they're not lost.
@justanotherdawn Emailed sandbag and told them ticket order not showing, they assure me the order is still valid! Gig not until June, so will just have to wait and see - expect it will be last minute like the Forestry Gig tickets!

@ saw: Just tried to check out my ticket order as well, as I see some others are being dispatched, and there's no sign of mine in the order history. We may have to be patient (unlikely in my case).
Any idea what's happened to details of concert ticket orders as mine aren't showing!!
